A longtime walker and a certified Natural Mindfulness Guide, Alex is the author of the bestselling book, The Mindful Walker, The Simple Path card deck and a series of award-winning seasonal nature journals.
Animal lover, tea drinker, & travel enthusiast, Alex has three grown daughters, two granddaughters, two dogs and two cats, and is a certified face yoga and gua sha teacher.
